I was provided with customer leads by the bank, and my main responsibility was to contact customers, explain SBI credit card features, benefits, eligibility and other relevant details, and identify interested customers. I followed up with interested customers, pitched credit card offers, and guided them through the next steps of the application process. I also invited customers to visit the bank when required. For customers who were unable to visit the bank due to their busy schedules, I sometimes visited them personally to discuss the credit card and complete the sales process.
